Navigate Future

About Us

Inspiring the Next Generation Through Play

Navigate the Future was founded in 2021 with a simple but ambitious goal: to inspire young people to explore the careers, technologies, and skills that will shape the future.
We believe that education should spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and prepare learners for a world that is constantly evolving. By combining engaging educational content with interactive board games, we make complex STEM topics accessible, enjoyable, and relevant to everyday life.
Working alongside educators, researchers, industry professionals, and innovators, we create learning experiences that help players understand not only today’s science and technology but also the opportunities of tomorrow.

Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire curiosity, develop STEM skills, and empower young people to make informed decisions about their future.
Through educational games and interactive learning experiences, we encourage players to:

  • Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
  • Discover emerging industries and future careers.
  • Build confidence through learning and exploration.
  • Foster creativity, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

By making education engaging and accessible, we hope to help young people prepare for the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing world.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every young person has the knowledge, confidence, and curiosity to embrace new technologies and shape tomorrow’s world.

Innovation is transforming how we live, work, and solve global challenges. Careers that seem futuristic today may become everyday professions tomorrow, while entirely new industries continue to emerge.

Our goal is to help learners stay ahead of these changes by inspiring an interest in STEM from an early age and encouraging them to become the scientists, engineers, healthcare professionals, programmers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and innovators who will build a better future.

Ella Kalnina

Having worked in education management for 20 years I made a sharp turn in my career and switched to knowledge intensive entrepreneurship. My passionate interest in creativity and innovation has brought me to the world of science and research-based business. I am developing my biotechnology company and I am mentor and advisor to budding technology entrepreneurs. Over the last few years I have met many people with backgrounds in science and technology looking for changes in their career. And vice versa – people with non-scientific backgrounds seeking engagement in technology business. This raised my curiosity and professional interest in career choices and navigating careers in the ever-changing world.

Tatjana Bonda

I have been an entrepreneur, a top marketing manager and a business manager for many years. I have established and run several businesses and I have successfully completed both small and large projects. However, I never stopped learning. The most valuable learnings from my recent EMBA course in SSE Riga are “Do not set a small scale for your goals!” and “Do not work at a job you don’t like!”. Raising my daughter and coaching her about which profession and which university to choose I realized how important it is to be brave and stay with the things you love to do and dream about. Now I want to help other parents to be an inspiration to their children in making their dreams come true.
